Hi and welcome to autumn!
What a blockbuster month for the property around Australia – have a look at the chart below from CoreLogic – every capital city has shown an increase and its the fastest month-on-month rise in nearly two decades, new data reveals.
Guess there was a lot of pent up demand and whilst the overall volume traded seems to be fairly low, the appetite for property has been very strong. And in conversations with real estate agents and developers – it seems that the buyers are offering greater deposit amounts and not using as many bank guarantees. Perhaps all the cash saved up from not travelling last year – is finding its way into houses instead.
And we are proud to announce that our new website is finally live – it’s been nearly a 7-year journey to this point from when we first started rethinking our web approach to where we are finally happy with the design outcome after a couple of tries and working with creative agency, Dugan O’Sullivan – Eagle Vision finally has a new online face.
