Brief:

Create effective 3D images for an upcoming luxury apartment complex in Elwood, Victoria.

Solution:

For this beachside suburb – the key was to emphasise the natural beauty of the street as well as bringing in beachside finishes into the interior renders of the project.

We put together a proposal for images that highlighted key living amenities of the project – outdoor courtyard lifestyle areas, penthouse balcony and interior renders of the kitchen/living and the bathroom image.
