Brief:
Create a package of 10 exterior and interior 3D renders for an upcoming luxury retail and apartment development on the Esplanade in Mornington.
Solution:
Combining drone aerial photography and 3D CGI visuals into a range of images – we created a variety of imagery to assist the development team with the marketing campaign.
As the project is in a coastal location – aerial drone photography allowed to highlight the beautiful location and proximity to major amenities as well as provide us with background panorama photos for our 3D renders.
