Brief:

Create effective visuals for a 400 lot land estate in Melbourne’s growing West suburb of Plumpton

Solution:

With a range of spec houses that we had previously built for some of Melbourne’s well known builders including Metricon, Porter Davis, Boutique, Latitude 37 and Thomas Archer Homes – we were able to create a much more realistic appearance of the future estate including the beautiful landscaping and fitness equipment that the developers are planning for the estate.
